Excellent and tanky boi

This is a killer kit. I got it to practice scribing and the kit was delightful to build. Fairly easy, lots of armor, a big ol shield. Its just wonderful. 10/10. Quick shipping too.

I can tell from certain parts like the hip joints and the hands that the Geara Doga was released around the same time as the Marasai, which unfortunately makes me anxious about how the hip joints will age. In the present, however, it’s a fine addition to the Master Grade series. It’s highly detailed, exceptionally articulated, and well-designed. The only drawback to the kit is the collection of yellow rubber hoses/cable sheaths that are cast with the intent of fitting to the kit via tab-and-slot joints... that don’t really grip one another. I resorted to gel super glue fairly early in construction. Other than that, I have no complaints. Overall, an exceptional kit among an exceptional lineup of model kits. Worthy of adoration, title, and the price tag. I will warn, however, that Bandai doesn’t make a purple LED unit, so you’ll need use pink/red transparent paint or use the decal on the mono-eye and buy the Blue LED unit to get the violet hue.
