Im a fan of the Mr. Hobby tools. I still use their basic nippers for general cutting and trimming. They are still sharp to this day after owning them for years.
Ive put these nippers through about 5 Master Grade kits so far and theyve performed excellent. Blades are sharp and precise. The blades themselves arent the skinniest like God Hands are but they are thin enough to allow maneuverability in tight areas. The grips are comfortable as well and my hands are on the bigger side.
I recommend these for cleaning up cuts + final trimming. Due to how much thinner the blades are on this nipper, I would not recommend using these to cut thicker gates or clear plastic. As long as you take proper care of the nippers, you wont need to replace these for years.
Love these nippers. I use them to cut off from the runners and then a single bladed one for the rest of the nub. But if you choose to just use these alone they work pretty well too!
