The Gelgoog isn’t exactly the newest of kits in the Master Grade series, but it’s exceptionally well designed.
The built is lengthy and satisfying, the articulation and posability are highly flexible, and all the details are well-defined.
There are, however, a couple points that could have been improved:
There are two points in the legs where scaffolding and a panel are cast as one piece in pink that could have been improved by separating the scaffolding and casting it in gray ABS.
There’s also a weird stack of pentagonal pieces between the shoulders and torso that don’t respect their intended position about 5% of the time, but their presence is likely due to the original 2D design of the mobile suit.
These petty preferences aside, however, it’s very well thought out, absolutely worth the money AND exceptionally worthy of the Master Grade designation.
