Description
The ST-A3.0 nippers utilize a single-bladed design that elevates the ability of a nipper to cut plastic smoothly and efficiently. The nipper is produced using specially forged steel that has undergone high-temperature smelting, allowing the Rockwell hardness of the blade to reach a rating of 58-64. The blade of the 3.0s is then carefully polished, creating a beautiful mirror-like surface that enhances the smoothness of the cut and improves the comfort of use.
In the development process, the blade has been tested to withstand more than 50,000 cuts on a 3mm plastic rod, ensuring the longevity of the blade. The handle of the nipper has utilized ergonomics in its design ethos, reducing stress on the hand and improving comfort. Improvements have been made to the rear of the nipper with the inclusion of a limiting rod and screw. This improvement effectively prevents damage to the nipper caused by excessive force or openings.

Within about 3 kits, I noticed that the cutting blade has bend, and is no longer cutting all the way thru the runner. The cutting action is still smooth, but requires more work now than our of the box.
Better than $10 nippers, even bent.
Guess I just got “lucky”. Ordered a pair and the non-cutting side has a burr edge on the side that’s supposed to be flush all the way across.
It’s a neat set. Comes with a lot of stuff. Very impressed with the magnetic latching case, but I can’t use these with the blades as they are… not like I used the GodHand nippers, anyway.

DSPIAE - ST-A 3.0 Single Blade Nipper
As good as godhands if not better!
I have some other nippers in the same price point and these are as good or better in every way. Crucially, the business end lines up perfectly where the others are slightly off which causes me to have to adjust and double cut where I shouldn't have to. Time will tell how long they stay that way and whether the edge lasts.
Dropped a star as the leather cover that comes with mine is discolored and slightly marred. I won't use it or the plastic case but it's there. Have to wonder if DSPAIE couldn't sell these a few dollars cheaper if it were sold "tool only".
